Insects are the best natural source of protein. Fabryka Owadów is the oldest Polish company specializing in its production.
It was established in 2010 by Dr. Jakub Urbański, later a co-founder of HiProMine and a member of the Executive Committee of the IPFF (International Platform of Insects for Food and Feed).
Experimental phase of insect production is behind us. Thanks to new EU regulations, we enter the commercialization phase.
European Green Deal guarantees insect-based protein boom. It is an ecological and economic win-win.
